Kindred Affiliates
Kindred Affiliates (formally Unibet Affiliates) is one of Europe’s most trusted iGaming brands, and its affiliate program provides affiliates with over 20 languages as well as one of the highest conversion and retention rates in the industry. One interesting bit about Kindred is that it’s a European site that particularly appeals to the Scandinavia Block. Headquartered in Malta, their casino properties include Maria Casino, Unibet Casino, and the closed Bet24 Casino, which specializes in a variety of games and a sportsbook that online players would struggle to find anywhere else. The Unibet firm was established in 1997 in Sweden and is listed on the stock market, and now has recently re-branded to Kindred Affiliates.

Affiliate Commissions
The Kindred Affiliates program pays a commission of between 20% to 35% revenue share on all their gaming products. These percentages of revenues depend on the turnover of an affiliate’s clients. The revenue share increases with every new player an affiliate bring into the program, and any that sends 20 or more depositing players within a month earns a 5% commission booster on top of the standard percentage.
The net revenue share percentage which affiliates are paid every month also depends on the following two criteria; net revenue and new depositing players. When player referrals generate net revenue, affiliates get paid a percentage commission on it. Should the players referred generate a total of €10,000 or more within the month, the percentage an affiliate will receive increases from 20% to 25%. When the player referrals generate more than €30,000, the affiliates’ net revenue share goes up to 30%.
However, should the revenue generated be negative for any month, it is carried over to the next month, what is often termed as Negative Carryover. For affiliates, the Net Revenue value is defined as: Gross Revenue minus the Cost of Sales [bonus costs, transaction fees, network fees, taxes plus premiums].
Sub-affiliation
Affiliates members of the Kindred program are also allowed to earn sub-affiliate commissions of 5% when they recruit another affiliate to join Kindred Affiliates. This commission is calculated on the rewards a sub-affiliate brings to the table which is then added to an affiliate’s monthly commission. Additionally, affiliates who could be interested in the cost-per-acquisition [CPA] or hybrid reward model can get in touch with an affiliate manager. Together with referring and marketing to potential players, affiliates may refer webmasters who operate functional websites to the affiliate program so they can also refer more players to the website.
Affiliates Payout
All the commission payments from Kindred Affiliates are processed within the first 15 days of every calendar month. There are no administrative costs charged on the commission payouts, and affiliates can opt to receive their payments through a range of payment methods. These methods include Bank Wire, Neteller, and Skrill–formerly Moneybookers
By default, commissions are paid in either Euros or the British Sterling Pound. All payments must meet a minimum balance of 100 euros. Balances may carry over from month to month and this means an affiliate will only receive the payment once it has passed the stated threshold.
Software used
The Kindred Affiliates program is powered by the NetRefer software platform which provides the affiliates with marketing material, text links, banners plus other promotional materials. The program provides all its affiliates with password-protected access to a huge selection of reports. It’s with these reports that affiliates can then peruse their accounts’ statistical records, and evaluate their progress so they know how to optimize on their performance.
